Rope-Access Window Cleaner
Window Cleaner / Property service rep
We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking Window Cleaners to join our growing team! You must be comfortable working at heights and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Our ideal candidate arrives to work on time, is familiar with effective window cleaning tools and techniques, and ensures clients are satisfied with the cleanliness of their windows. One year of window cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- - Perform window cleaning services
- - Perform various exterior high rise services
- - Work efficiently while maintaining high quality
- - Interact professionally with customers
- - Recommend additional services when appropriate
- - Maintain a clean truck and organized equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Certified rope-access technicians
- Reliable, hardworking, and coachable
- Comfortable with physical work and heights
- Good attitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Duties:
- - Provide interior and exterior window cleaning
- - Provides cleaning of gutters from residential and commercial property’s
- - Work in a team and follow our working procedures for window cleaning techniques for residential and commercial properties
- - Follow company safe work procedures and safe job practices
- - Perform efficient and quality work
- - Arrive at the job site and start work on time
- - Complete all “Field Level Hazard Assessment” forms
- - Review tasks and job assignments using our app on your personal device
Other duties as required
Skills and Requirements:
- - IRATA or SPRAT L1, L2 or L3
- - Comfortable with Working on Ladders and Lifts
- - Must have cellular phone with data for safety purposes
- - Good Teamwork Adaptation
- - Detailed Orientated
- - Safety Focused
- - Likes Working Outdoors
- - Reliable and Punctual
- - Driver's License Class 5 (preferred)
- - Fall Arrest & Ladder Safety Certificate (we will provide)
