Qualifications:
- AMI Diploma required
- Standard First Aid & CPR Certification
- Current Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for Montessori education and child development
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment.
- Guide children according to Dr. Maria Montessori's philosophy and AMI principles.
- Observe, assess, and support each child's individual development.
- Foster respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain classroom records and communicate professionally with parents.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.
