We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and support a positive and productive workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage employee relations and support resolution of workplace issues.
- Oversee training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Analyze HR data to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Work closely with leadership to improve organizational culture and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS/ATS) is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of employment standards and workplace compliance.
- Experience with payroll or benefits administration is an asset.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP/PHR or equivalent) is considered an asset.
Pay: $85,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
