What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key resource in ensuring our converting equipment operates reliably and efficiently. In this role, you will:
Conduct daily equipment inspections and work closely with Supervisors, Operators, and fellow mechanics to address maintenance priorities.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of mechanical systems, including power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Align, adjust, and maintain pumps, fans, conveyors, and converting units with precision.
Fabricate parts using machine shop equipment such as lathes and grinders.
Respond confidently to both planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and communication across the operation.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates will have:
A valid Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate (433A) and completion of trades school.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
Experience fabricating parts and interpreting technical drawings.
General knowledge of PLCs.
Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment.
