Financial Services Specialist
Compensation: $80,000 – $200,000+ depending on experience and performanceStrong six-figure income potential (top performers $150K–$250K+)
Come join our successful team as we grow. This key Financial Services position, also known as F&I/Business Manager, provides a strong source of income for the company and focuses on the sale of financing, warranties, creditor insurance (life and disability), and other vehicle protection plans.
This position also completes the sales process for the sales department by obtaining approvals from lenders and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all sales contracts and financing documents in ways that meet all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines/values.
Key Attributes:
- Sales ability, customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as accurate and detail oriented organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers and financial institutions
- An understanding of legal contracts and banking processes
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to coach and train on the benefits of financial services and maintain a process with sales team members where buyers are referred to the F&I department
- A dynamic, adaptable, motivated personality, with a team player attitude, integrity, positive energy, work ethic, urgency, and the ability to follow direction
Relevant Experience:
Various types of Sales, Banking, Finance, and Insurance.
Previous F&I experience is an asset, but we are open to training the right candidate with strong sales or financial services experience.

Computer Applications:
Must have the ability to operate computers, in order to type, use dealership software, monitor reports, and use email.

The RV business is similar to the automotive business; however, an RV is basically a house on wheels, with appliances, engine, chassis, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
There are better reasons for customers to purchase financial services products, extended warranties, and protection plans, along with greater opportunities per vehicle sold.
