Clearpoint Pharmacy & Compounding Centre is one of Ontario’s leading specialty compounding pharmacies, providing advanced sterile, non-sterile compounding services to clinics across Canada. We are growing and looking for a professional, reliable, and highly organized Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.
Position: Pharmacy Assistant (Full-Time)Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing non-sterile and sterile compounded medications following SOPs
- Support pharmacists with prescription processing, labelling, and packaging
- Maintain cleanroom standards, inventory, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate with clinics, patients, and clinic partners
- Provide accurate, timely updates to clients and internal team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and confident
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
- Experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset (compounding experience is helpful but training is provided)
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a team
