Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients’ homes, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a friendly attitude to deliver exceptional customer service. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in this field.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to meet client standards
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient service delivery
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and according to company protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client requests
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred) and be able to commute between client locations.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products
- A positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
