We are currently looking for bakers and production workers to join our organization. This individual must be hard working, flexible and reliable. About the Role

We have multiple openings depending on your experience and skills. Whether you are looking to start a new career as a General Laborer, have an eye for detail in Packaging/Shipping, or bring technical expertise as a Mixer or Machine Operator, we want to hear from you.
The jobs require shift work, Monday to Friday and weekends as required.
Potential Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on your placement and shift, your daily tasks may include:
- General Labor / Bakery Assistant: Assist with scaling ingredients, loading trays, moving racks, and keeping the production floor clean.
- Mixer: Follow precise recipes to scale, dump, and mix large batches of dough/batter while monitoring consistency.
- Machine Operator: Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed bakery equipment (dividers, proofers, ovens, or packaging lines).
- Packaging & Shipping: Quality-check finished baked goods, operate wrapping machinery, and palletize orders for delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a bakery facility is a substantial asset. Prior experience operating machinery in a production/manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Fast-Paced Stamina: Proven experience working successfully in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Schedule Flexibility: Experience working in a variable shift environment is an asset and willing to work overtime on short notice and Saturdays as needed until the job is completed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive lifting, and work comfortably in a busy production plant.
- Reliability: Exceptional punctuality and dependable attendance are absolute musts. Our production lines rely on everyone being in position.
