About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused landscaping professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping services, building strong client relationships, and providing accurate quotes for both residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of landscaping services including lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, edging, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups
- Conduct on-site assessments and prepare detailed, accurate quotes for new and existing clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients — communicating timelines, managing expectations, and following up on completed work
- Identify upsell and additional service opportunities during client interactions
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and in good working order
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience
- Proven experience preparing quotes and estimates for landscaping projects
- Strong customer relations skills with a professional, friendly manner
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans or work from verbal client briefs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform outdoor, manual labour in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Nice to Have
- Horticultural training or certification
- Experience with irrigation systems or hardscaping
- Pesticide applicator license
- Familiarity with scheduling or job management software
