WHAT TO EXPECT
As our Content Creator, you will partner with the Content Director and Social Media Manager to bring the Coldstream brand to life across social channels while upholding our standards. You will ideate, produce, and publish engaging content that showcases our brand and team in innovative ways. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead social content planning for our large social accounts, create photo and video assets, prep material for publishing, coordinate with social ambassadors, manage TikTok content and scheduling, and execute photoshoots as needed. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Team to align campaigns with brand standards, maintain cross platform consistency, and optimize reach and engagement.

YOUR ROLE
As the Content Creator, you’ll be a creative, outgoing producer, responsible for turning ideas into on-brand content, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and delivering high-quality content across all formats and pages. This role blends hands-on creation with calendar management and cross-functional collaboration with team members to drive growth and engagement. Outgoing and energetic communication between all Coldstream team members for inclusion in social media content. Agility with content capturing, switching between phone content and professional content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Production

Work closely with the Content Director to execute Coldstream’s content for campaigns and social calendars, aligning with strategic approach and brand standards.

Working collaboratively with the Social Media Manager to help capture content for Coldstream’s store calendars and TikTok schedule.

Direct and coordinate shoots, including talent, Coldstream team members, and locations, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on brand.

Efficient use of content equipment.

Proactively monitor calendars and campaign calendars; adjust timelines, resources, and deliverables as priorities shift.

Track and respond to evolving platform trends, optimizing content in real-time when possible.

Anticipate common shoot-day obstacles and be agile to maintain quality and deadlines.
Ideation & Strategy

Collaborate closely with the Content Director to plan and strategize main content page calendars.

Generate innovative, on-brand concepts for main content pages and brand ambassador campaigns that push boundaries and support growth objectives, while maintaining brand integrity.

Stay ahead of social media trends and translate insights into proactive, testable content ideas across formats.

Champion exemplary teamwork within your department to ensure ideas are actionable, scalable, and delivered with excellence.
Brand Representation & Service

Ensure all content and interactions reflect Coldstream’s brand guidelines and commitment to service, including human-centered engagement and timely responses (24 hours where applicable).

Represent Coldstream as approachable, helpful, and trustworthy online and in person.

Collaborate cross-departmental initiatives though content and social with Marketing, Events,& Sales teams.
Calendar Management
-
Manage and schedule main page calendars, ensuring content flow, approval workflows, and cross-team coordination.

Coordinate with teams to capture timely assets and align with campaigns, promotions, and calendars.

Maintain a smooth content flow by tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team handoffs through Monday.com and scheduling platforms.
Technical & Production Skills
-
Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
-
Versed in identifying requirement for supplemental lighting equipment.

Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; basic video editing skills.

Comfortable editing both photo and video on desktop Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop programs.
-
Efficiency with phone content: fast, high-quality mobile-first shooting, editing, and publishing workflows using smartphone cameras and apps.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Comfort working across Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Canva for team collaboration and asset management.

2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related role.

Excellent communication skills for timelines, task prioritization, team collaboration, and external contacts.

Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms, with the ability to navigate and maintain boards independently.

Strong written communication skills for drafting copy across email, advertising, and marketing channels.

Precise attention to detail - able to catch inconsistencies in design, copy, and technical specs before they reach production.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

Identify road blocks and have proactive solution based thinking
