Dentec Safety Specialists Inc. is a GTA based safety products manufacturer and master distributor.
We are looking for an AMBITIOUS AND ENERGETIC individual to join our Outside Sales Team as a Territory Sales Manager for Southwestern Ontario/Golden Horseshoe - Industrial Channel. The territory has experienced growth yearly and has potential to grow exponentially with the right person.
Main Responsibilities
- Organizational Responsibilities

- Fulfill sales performance expectations
- Fulfill yearly business increase expectations

- Distribution processes management
- Distribution personnel training
- Distribution Inventory control involvement and assistance
- Creativity and continuous learning
- Conscious Selling Approach - Pre-planning the call
- Opening the sale
- Involvement during the sale
- Product demonstration
- Closing the sale
- Post-call planning
Skills Required
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
- A current driver’s license
- Ability to reason
- Working knowledge of industrial distribution and distributors in the territory is definite asset
