The successful candidate will lead and manage all production-related activities for the Switchgear value stream through the Regal Business System which enables continuous improvement throughout the value stream to meet our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business. You will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Performance to exceed our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business. You will play a key role in achieving short- and long-term strategic planning objectives. Ability to use Lean CI tools such as 5S, Std Work, SMED, 3P, VDM, and problem solving.
