Part-Time Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + In Office + Occasional Off-Site Filming)
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys social media, marketing, content creation, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Assist with creating and executing marketing initiatives
- Brainstorm and develop new marketing ideas and campaigns
- Create social media graphics and posts using Canva
- Create and publish sold posts and other marketing content
- Film raw video content at listings, events, and other locations
- Coordinate with our editing team by sending video footage and content assets
- Assist with maintaining a consistent social media presence
Administrative Support
- Assist the administrative team with day-to-day tasks
- Manage paperwork and document organization
- Help prepare and process listing documentation
- Assist with offers and transaction-related paperwork
- Send documents and communications to clients as required
- Support overall office organization and workflow
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva is required
- Comfortable filming content using a smartphone
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage paperwork accurately
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation is an asset for occasional off-site filming
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
