As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an HR & Administration Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our employees, strengthening our local HR operations, and contributing to the continued growth of our Canadian organization.

Key Responsibilities
As our HR & Administration Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations of the business, including:
- Supporting recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Managing employee onboarding and orientation.
- Supporting attendance and timekeeping administration.
- Assisting with payroll preparation and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
- Administering employee benefits and HR documentation.
- Building relationships with local colleges, universities and training institutions to support recruitment initiatives.
- Supporting employer branding activities and recruitment events.
- Preparing internal communications and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Responding to employee questions and resolving day-to-day HR issues.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Providing general administrative support to local management and operational teams.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operation of the business.
- Supporting HR and administrative projects associated with the continued growth and expansion of Gabadi Services Canada across Canada.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
- Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payroll administration.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and industrial security regulations
- Experience payroll systems.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction or other industrial environments.
