Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Cleaning Technical Lead to oversee and coordinate high-quality cleaning services for our clients. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and thorough residential cleaning services.
- Coordinate daily schedules with operations staff and ownership, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet client expectations.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within client homes.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain organized records of work completed, supplies used, and client feedback.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Foster a positive team environment focused on professionalism, reliability, and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising or training staff.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of all duties.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and household organization is preferred.
