What You'll Do
- Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and vacuums prior to coating application
- Apply flake and quartz epoxy systems to residential and commercial floors
- Work as part of a crew of 2–4 to deliver professional, high-quality finishes
- Follow a clear, proven installation process from surface prep through final coat
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment on-site
- Represent Diamond Driveways with professionalism on every job
We're Looking For People Who:
- Have hands-on experience in a trade or labour-based role (construction, flooring, painting, concrete, etc.)
- Are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods — lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day
- Are punctual, dependable, and take direction well while contributing to a team
- Can adapt quickly to on-site conditions and take ownership of their work
- Take pride in a clean, precise finish and understand that details matter
- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
