We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbers to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper integration of plumbing with other building systems such as HVAC and carpentry
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues using basic math and technical knowledge to determine solutions
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards
- Assist in assembly of plumbing components and systems as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role with valid certification/license required
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC, maintenance, and construction environments
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other relevant construction tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and building standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation or repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
