Responsibilities
- Create custom tattoo designs based on client requests and artistic consultation
- Ensure all tattoo procedures adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding clients through the design and healing process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilization of equipment
- Assist with client consultations, scheduling appointments, and managing walk-in clients
- Promote studio services and products through upselling and product demos
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to ensure optimal healing and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience from start to finish
Skills
- Strong artistic ability with a portfolio demonstrating versatility in tattoo styles
- Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in tattooing
- Customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to upsell studio services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care when appropriate
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus
- Background in hospitality or guest services enhances client interaction skills
- Competence in product demos related to tattoo aftercare or beauty treatments is advantageous
