Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations across our facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Assist in installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
- Experience operating power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams is preferred
- Prior experience with preventive maintenance programs is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Manufacturing/Machining : 5 years (preferred)
