Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as a cashier
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Create a hospitable and welcoming environment for guests
- Handle food safely and follow proper food-handling procedures
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
- Ensuring food and beverage quality is to the highest standard
- Must be available to work weekends
- Energetic and personable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
