Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is an in-office position requiring candidates to work 6 days per week. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, comfortable making outbound cold calls, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (tele-sales, inside sales, retail sales, or related field).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging new prospects.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated, hardworking, and goal-oriented.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Basic computer skills required.

Compensation
Qualified candidates will be offered a competitive base salary, along with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
Pay: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
