Innovation, Marketing & NPD Project Manager
Location: Dunnville, Ontario (not remote nor hybrid, on site)
Original Foods is a growing food and beverage manufacturer operating a world-class production facility in Dunnville, Ontario. We develop and manufacture products for leading North American brands while also driving innovation within our own product portfolio.
We are seeking an Innovation, Marketing & NPD Project Manager to manage new product initiatives from concept through commercialization while leading the company's innovation and marketing efforts.
This role serves as the central coordinator between customers and internal departments, ensuring projects move efficiently from idea to launch. Success requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. While the role includes strategic and creative responsibilities, it is primarily focused on execution, communication, and follow-through.
New Product Development & Commercialization:
- Lead customer and internal NPD projects from brief through commercial launch.
- Act as the primary coordinator between customers and internal teams throughout the commercialization process.
- Ensure customer requirements, specifications, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated.
- Coordinate activities across R&D, QA, Procurement, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.
- Manage project timelines, action items, and stage-gate activities.
- Follow up on commitments, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving forward.
- Ensure all project details, documentation, costing information, specifications, and product setup data are accurate and complete.
- Maintain project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Innovation & Marketing:
- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity.
- Identify new product, packaging, and business opportunities.
- Support the development of product concepts and innovation initiatives.
- Assist with customer presentations, marketing materials, and product launch activities.
- Coordinate the company's social media and digital marketing efforts.
- Support trade shows, promotional initiatives, and customer-facing content.

- Accuracy of project information, product data, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Clear communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Timely resolution of project issues, action items, and requests.
- Identification and lead of innovation and growth opportunities.

- Experience in food and beverage, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a related industry is preferred.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and project management systems is an asset.

Pay: $85,000.00-$128,000.00 per year
