Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs while upholding ID standards.
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly and confidently
- Support store operations through cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and inventory checks
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus, especially with electronic or technical items
- Demonstrated ability in customer service roles, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math operations is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to balance multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person
