Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassador VOLUNTEER to help promote Trades Connect and support the launch of our new app. The ideal candidate will engage with the public, distribute flyers, introduce people to the Trades Connect platform, and create excitement around our services and upcoming launch. This role is perfect for someone confident in speaking with others, passionate about networking, and comfortable representing our brand in public spaces and events. Strong communication skills, an energetic personality, and experience in promotions, customer service, street marketing, or hospitality are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors promptly upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Provide information about the services, and upcoming events as needed
- Handle inquiries courteously
- Manage guest flow to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Support with guest services such as answering questions, providing directions, or offering assistance
- Hand our flyers to customers walking in and out of facilities Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking abilities
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary
