Job Summary
Reporting to the Office Operations Manager, this role supports customers across multiple provinces using various software platforms. You will connect with customers by phone, email, and text to schedule installation and service appointments while ensuring all processes meet company standards.
Work from home option:
For the right candidate who is not local to the area, working from home is an option.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Listen actively to understand needs and provide solutions
- Confirm jobs, verify customer details, and schedule appointments
- Communicate the value of our services
- Escalate or redirect inquiries when needed
- Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression
- Follow up on tasks and maintain workflow accuracy
Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English) – required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience handling inbound calls (sales-focused is an asset)
- Flexible availability
Assets
- High school diploma
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
