As a Drilling Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading safe, efficient drilling operations while helping your team perform at a high level.
This is a Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) position.
You'll be responsible for :
- Supervise drilling operations on-site
- Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Plan and optimize production activities to meet project targets
- Ensure crews follow drilling procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
- Coordinate daily operational priorities with the team and support functions
