Key Responsibilities
- Journeyman: Leading crews, reading complex blueprints, layout work, and ensuring finishing details meet our high standards.
- Apprentice: Assisting with framing, hoarding, concrete formwork, and interior finishing while learning the trade.
- Coordinate with site supers and other sub-trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
What We’re Looking For

- Certification: Valid Alberta Journeyman Certificate or current AIT Blue Book for Apprentices.
- Tools: Must have your own hand tools and basic power tools suitable for your level.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport to get to various sites.
