Responsibilities
- Lead women through the 30 Minute Hit circuit , ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
- Motivate clients by providing clear instructions, encouragement, and personalized feedback during sessions
- Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes member retention and satisfaction
- Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring timely start and end times for each session
- Communicate effectively with clients in English
- Support new member onboarding by explaining class formats and answering questions about the program
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the workout space, equipment, and supplies at all times
Skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong teaching and communication skills to clearly demonstrate exercises and motivate participants
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective time management to handle multiple members and client interactions seamlessly
