Overview
We are seeking a Full Time, dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and complete daily tasks within scheduled hours
- Keep organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in retail sales, product demos, or sales environments
- Proficiency in merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and clearly explain features
- Upselling skills combined with a proactive approach to increasing sales opportunities
