We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Assistant Manager for a very busy GTA shop with a strong background in automotive management to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our busy, high-performing facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of body shop operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians and staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and vendors
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
