An Optical Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sale of optical products, such as eyeglasses and sunglasses. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and a strong knowledge of current optical trends. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to effectively listen to customer needs, and make product recommendations based on individual requirements. The Sales Associate will perform various tasks such as processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous retail sales experience is preferred.
