Fluid Pumping Supervisor
Locations: Red Deer, AB or Lloydminster, AB
Schedule: 15 Days On / 6 Days Off

About the Role
Titanium Energy Services is seeking experienced Fluid Pumping Supervisors to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely leading fluid pumping operations, supervising field crews, maintaining equipment readiness, and delivering quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate fluid pumping operations in the field
- Operate and oversee single and twin fluid pump units
- Lead and mentor crew members
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards
- Complete required field documentation and reporting
- Maintain equipment and identify maintenance requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers and field personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of fluid pumping experience
- Experience operating single and twin fluid pumps
- Valid Class 1A (AZ) or Class 3A (DZ) licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work in a demanding field environment
