Title: Courier Delivery Driver
Reports To: Dispatcher
Territory: Vaughan
Status: Company employee
Hours of Work: 10 hours working day

PURPOSE: The courier delivery driver would be in charge of delivering 300-350 packages per day throughout the Vaughan region, thus should have a flexible working schedule to accomplish the task methodically with corresponding physical capabilities.
Additional job duties include carrying out vehicle pre and post examinations and diligently recording the vehicle's daily mileage and gas usage. The delivery associate should exhibit all duties by following safe driving habits.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Deliver packages in an efficient and timely manner
· Load and unload parcels into the vehicle
· Lend help to other drivers as requested by the dispatcher
· Conducting daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections
· Maintaining vehicle hygiene on a daily basis
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
· Time management and organizational skills
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Must possess a valid Ontario G-class driver’s license and should be at least 21 years old
. G License should be at least 1 year old
· Clean driving record
· Courier delivery experience will serve as an asset
WORKPLACE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
· Able to effectively maneuver in highly congested traffic areas
· Proficient using a smart phone device
· Flexible schedule would be preferred
