As a Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional service to our customers at Halifax International Airport. From greeting customers to assisting with general stock duties, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts store opening/closing/ shift change procedures.
- Ensures that daily counts on high shrink items and other items as required are conducted consistently and that any discrepancies are reported immediately to the Operations Manager.
- Has an in-depth knowledge of products sold and ensures replenishment and proper rotation of stock on the sales floor. Ensures all damaged goods are returned to the warehouse properly tagged.
- Orders store supplies
- Assists with register operation during peak times or when short staffed and giving breaks
- Flexible to work period long and/or irregular hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays…and more

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of retail supervisory experience.
