Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team. Do you light up when you spot a collectible? At PvP Shoppe, we're all about building a community around the things people love to collect and play with. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the friendly face (and helpful hands) that makes every visit — or every order — totally worth it.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and helping them find exactly what they're looking for (or discover something new they didn't know they needed)
- Running the register with a smile — cash, card, whatever the quest demands
- Picking and packing online orders so they arrive safely and on time (those collectibles aren't going to pack themselves!)
- Keeping shelves stocked, tidy, and looking great so the store stays shoppable and fun
- Jumping in wherever needed — sales, support, special events, or whatever the day throws at you
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Background in marketing or sales is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of customer engagement strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service
