Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our windshield and glass technician team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of managing front desk responsibilities. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount. Candidates with experience in sage software and microsoft will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate ordering of windshields and plastics for windows.
- Handle invoicing and collecting payments and providing receipts.
- Maintain files in an efficient manner
- Support the glass team by preparing necessary documentation and materials.
- Ensure the reception area, staff room, and washrooms remain clean and well-organized.
- Utilize office software including microsoft and sage
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and office procedures.
