Vancouver Water Adventures is a locally owned, waterfront company based on Granville Island. We help locals and visitors get out on the water through tours and rentals, and our front desk team plays a huge role in setting the tone for every guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them prepare for their tour or rental
- Answer guest questions in person, by phone, and by email
- Assist with waivers, forms, and check in procedures
- Take reservations and support daily scheduling
- Help oversee tour departures and rental flow
- Keep the front desk and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
- Strong people skills and a positive attitude are essential
- Comfortable speaking with guests from around the world
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail when managing bookings and guest information
- Previous front desk or administrative experience is preferred
Pay: $18.85-$19.85 per hour
