Overview
JKCE Probuild is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Project Coordinator with hands-on construction experience to support our multi-phase residential project in Campbell River, BC.
The ideal candidate understands construction processes, can support daily site activities, and is comfortable working closely with project management team, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for civil/excavation/construction projects
- Coordinate schedules between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with material purchasing, deliveries, inventory tracking
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (RFIs, site reports, change logs)
- Keep drawings and project files organized and updated
- Track costs, equipment hours, labor hours, and progress reports
- Provide logistical support to site teams
- Help ensure safety compliance and site administration
- Identify issues and communicate timely with the Project Manager
- Assist with problem-solving and coordinating construction activities on site
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction supervision/coordination, site management, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing day-to-day construction activities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of residential construction practices and BC Building Code requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain site documentation, daily reports, and project records.
- Experience with ICF construction is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Campbell River for extended periods.
- Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
