About the Role
As the Branch Lead, you will oversee branch operations, service excellence, team development, and sustainable growth in the Prince George community. You’ll work closely with:

This is a hands-on leadership role where relationship-building, accountability, and community engagement are key to success.
Key Responsibilities

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, families, employees, funders, and community partners

Represent Classic LifeCare professionally in meetings and ensure clear communication and reporting
-
Support local marketing, outreach, referrals, and community engagement initiatives
-
Coach, mentor, and support employees to deliver consistent, high-quality care
-
Promote accountability to company standards, policies, contracts, and KPIs
-
Address client, employee, and service concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
-
Monitor feedback, trends, incidents, and service gaps; recommend and implement improvements
-
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, quality improvement, compliance, and safety initiatives
-
Contribute to operational efficiency and sustainable branch growth
Qualifications & Skills

Background in healthcare, home care, community services, client services, or operations
-
Valid driver’s licence with access to reliable transportation
-
Positive, proactive leadership style with strong relationship-building skills

Proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including reporting)

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 annually
