Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic awesome team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the preparation of high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, experience in food handling, and a strong work ethic to contribute to an efficient and welcoming dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with recipes and safety standards
- Support cooking processes, including plating and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and ingredients
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
