The opportunity
We are hiring Team Member Leads for participating Tim Hortons restaurants in Kelowna. This position is a development step above Team Member and below Supervisor. You will help train and support employees, organize routine floor execution and maintain strong product, service and restaurant standards under the direction of the Supervisor or manager on duty.
What you will do
- Support floor positioning, workstation coverage and rush readiness. Welcome, train and coach new Team Members. Help ensure product quality, order accuracy, speed, cleanliness and food-safety standards. Provide routine operational direction and help Team Members complete assigned work. Assist with opening, closing, pre-rush and shift-transition activities. Help resolve routine guest concerns and escalate matters when required. Model dependable attendance, respectful communication and positive teamwork. Continue to perform normal Team Member responsibilities as part of the restaurant team.
What we are looking for
- Reliable people with initiative and leadership potential. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn, coach and consistently follow restaurant procedures. Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant, retail, food-service or customer-service experience is preferred but not required for every candidate. Availability that meets the needs of the posted restaurant and shift. Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
