Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail and makeup application.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere.
- Conduct retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Assist with nail care services as needed, including manicures and pedicures.
- Educate clients on skincare products, new treatments, and current promotions to encourage repeat visits.
