We’re currently recruiting for a Marketing & Personal Assistant to support a high-performing Real Estate Broker Team Leader. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends strategic marketing execution with administrative and client coordination support. We are seeking candidates with strong digital marketing skills, excellent organization, and experience in real estate or professional services environments.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day marketing execution, digital platforms, vendor coordination, and client communications, while also supporting scheduling, paperwork, and special projects tied to listings and promotions.
**IMPORTANT: This is an independent contractor position. The annual salary includes HST and you must be HST-registered with CRA or willing to become registered for this position.
Salary: Up To $40,000
Work Schedule
- Full-time position, Monday - Friday
- Minimum 3 days per week in office, with the remainder remote/hybrid.
- Occasional weekend and holiday work is required.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, website, events).
- Conduct market and competitor research; translate insights into actionable strategies aligned with KPIs.
- Create annual and campaign-level marketing plans with measurable goals and budgets.
- Track and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) with optimization recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with RECO/OREA and brokerage marketing guidelines.
- Coordinate community, charity, and promotional campaigns.
Digital & Content
- Manage website updates, SEO, keyword research, and Google Business Profile.
- Operate Meta Business Suite; manage content calendar and A/B testing.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising on Meta and Google Ads.
- Produce or brief graphic and video assets; collaborate with designers and vendors.
- Write SEO-driven content including website copy, blogs, listing copy, and social captions.
- Oversee social media execution and ensure correct content is published.
CRM & Client Engagement
- Maintain CRM for segmentation, lead nurturing, automation, and list hygiene.
- Ensure CASL and PIPEDA compliance.
- Implement feedback systems, surveys, and review programs to improve client experience.
Administration & Coordination
- Prepare and process real estate paperwork related to listings and campaigns.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, events, and meetings.
- Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and client follow-ups.
- Organize digital files and support special projects.
- Coordinate vendors, track budgets, quotes, and invoices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (highly
- preferred).
- Strong strategic and digital marketing background (real estate preferred).
- Experience with SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Canva.
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred; MLS and real estate software an asset.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
