We are currently looking to grow our team in The Town of Blue Mountains. This role requires a hospitality mindset and commitment to delivering on our vision and mission statement to our clients and guests.
The following are the duties and responsibilities for the position:
Job Duties
- Respond to maintenance callouts at short-term rental properties, assessing, troubleshooting, and completing repairs across appliances, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general interior/exterior maintenance.
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of pools, hot tubs, and barbecue grills, including balancing, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Maintain and service safety systems and ensure properties meet operational and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Guest Service team to respond to guest-reported issues, providing guidance and supporting resolution.
- Communicate with guests as required regarding maintenance updates and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Operations and Housekeeping teams to support property readiness and turnover requirements.
- Complete maintenance logs, track hours, and document work using company systems and applications.
- When required, assist in performing readiness checks, including inspection of appliances, furniture, and overall unit condition.
- Identify and report damages, missing items, or operational concerns.
- Support unit readiness through additional tasks including waste removal, transportation of linen and supplies, and assisting with linen changes when required.
- Monitor and restock consumables and supplies within properties as needed.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
