Based out of our Tisdale Saskatchewan office and working on a wide variety of civil construction projects under the direction of a licensed civil engineer, the successful applicant’s duties may include:
Surveying
- Construction Layout
- Topographic Surveys
- Bathometric Surveys
- Arial Surveys
- Grade Control Support
Materials Testing
- Sieve Analysis
- Proctors
- Compaction Testing
- Concrete Testing
Design / Drafting
- Drainage Plans
- 3D Models for Machine Control
- Subdivision Plans
- Agricultural Infrastructure Site Plans
Candidate Requirements
Some travel and long periods in the field will be required.
A degree in Civil Engineering or a diploma in Civil Engineering Technologies is preferred but not required if the candidate has adequate experience.
Applicants must be in good physical and mental condition as the work involves walking in rough, uneven terrain, pounding stakes, operation of ATV’s and long hours in a fast paced environment.
Experience working with Trimble, Topcon, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office will be considered an asset.
Candidates without previous experience need not apply.
