We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair and restoration, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in various automotive repair techniques, including welding, fabrication, and detailing. The Auto Body Technician will work closely with customers and team members to ensure that vehicles are restored to their original condition.
Duties
- Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening and panel replacement
- Utilize MIG welding techniques for structural repairs and fabrication of parts
- Conduct mechanical inspections and vehicle maintenance as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment to complete repairs
- Execute detailing tasks to enhance the appearance of repaired vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in auto body repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and auto estimating practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs
- Experience in auto painting techniques, including airless paint spraying
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills for effective customer service interactions

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
