Crew Lead – Carpenter

Think Design and Build Inc. is hiring an experienced Crew Lead / Lead Carpenter for high-end custom residential projects.
This is a hands-on, on-the-tools role leading a crew of 2–4 through both shop fabrication and on-site installation. Includes interior and exterior finish carpentry, cabinetry and custom millwork.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Efficient and highly detail-oriented
- Able to anticipate issues and solve problems on the go
- Experienced leading crews and keeping projects moving
- Professional, reliable, and quality-driven
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in custom carpentry, cabinetry, finish carpentry, or architectural woodworking
- Strong understanding of both fabrication and installation
- Ability to read plans and execute work to a high standard
- Proven leadership ability in a hands-on environment
