Key Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in service during all operating hours
- Maintain/support the high standard of quality represented in our Food & Beverage programs
- Co-ordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings
- HR Management including hiring, training, performance management and schedule writing
- Develop product knowledge through ongoing training, seminars & tastings
- Ability to foster a work culture where staff development & a job well done are recognized
- Develop and maintain regular clientele
Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
At least two years of management or related experience working in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service, and oral/written communication skills
- Current First Aid, Serving It Right & Food Safe Certification
