Are you an SLP interested in pediatrics and looking for a relaxed, sustainable and supportive workplace? We would love to have you join team Shine!
Shine Therapy Services is a bright and cheerful clinic next to Mount Boucherie on the unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan people in West Kelowna. We are very passionate about letting therapists have autonomy and making sure no one is overworked (no more charting progress notes all evening when you get home from work or having a long day jam packed with back to back sessions!) Whether you've worked in pediatrics before or not, you'll have the opportunity to meet with a mentor for monthly meetings and get a separate fund for continuing education of your choice. You have freedom to use your clinical reasoning and decide how many sessions individual kids need, as well as what you do during those sessions.
The successful applicant has the option to design the Shine SLP service based on their special interest areas! You'll build your caseload when you start but we already have a few kids on a wait list :)

There are options for a commission employee or hourly rate depending on your preference! We also have paid time off and extended health benefits as part of the contract.
