We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. We work from Monday to Friday 6:30AM to 5:30 Pm and Saturdays 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM in our busy times. This is a full time seasonal position we offer overtime over 44 hours and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- taking orders over the phone or through email or text
- inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
